Epic 4x4 Adventures' Terms & Conditions

  • All guests will be required to sign a Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk form to participate in activities. Parents and legal guardians will be required to sign for minor children. Additionally, UTV Tour drivers will be required to sign a Driver Agreement. If these agreements are not signed, you will not be permitted to participate in your adventure. Choosing not to sign will not be grounds for a refund, and our cancellation policy will apply.
  • Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • A qualified driver for our UTV You-Drive tours must be a licensed driver age 16 or older. Licensed drivers 16 and 17 must have a parent in the front passenger seat at all times while operating the vehicle. Drivers must present an actual driver’s license. Photocopies or pictures will not be accepted.
  • Our tours are conducted in English. For safety, all drivers on our You-Drive UTV tours must be able to hear and understand English clearly enough to receive and follow instructions from our guide. All drivers must also be able to speak English clearly enough to communicate with our guide that they understand and will follow the instructions or to alert our guide if they require assistance or have concerns during the ride. Whether or not a guest is able to communicate effectively enough to participate will be at the discretion of our guide. If we determine that your safety is at risk due to any communication concerns, we will do our best to offer an alternative to driving. This will not be grounds for a refund, however. If you are unsure whether or not you meet this requirement, please contact us before you make your reservation.
  • Check-in for You-Drive SXS/UTV Tours is 15 minutes prior to departure time. Vehicle orientation begins at our scheduled start time. Out of courtesy to all tour participants, if you are not here and ready to participate with all orientation business completed, you WILL forfeit your spot on the tour without refund.
