Protect the vehicle
If your Slingshot is damaged while you ride, know that your out-of-pocket costs and loss of use charges will be capped at $1500. Loss of use and recovery charges capped at $750.*
Protect your liability
If you injure another person or damage property during your ride, your rental carries liability coverage.
Coverage up to $15,000. Covers the legal liability of the driver (rider operating the vehicle) for third-party property damage or injuries resulting from an accident they caused. Coverage is not provided for property damage or injuries to another person on the same adventure rental.
Protect your group
Accident insurance for every rider in the vehicle.
Up to $25,000 accidental medical and dental expense benefit per rider, including evacuation and accidental death and dismemberment.

AdventureAssure Program
AdventureAssure is a suite of protections included with rentals at select locations. It provides:
- Vehicle Damage Protection: Covers repair costs if the vehicle is damaged.
- Driver Liability Insurance: Covers third-party property damage or injuries caused by the driver.
- Participant Accident Insurance: Covers medical expenses for injuries during the rental period.
- Loss of Use and Recovery: Limits costs for vehicle downtime or recovery.
If the vehicle is damaged, you’ll only be billed up to the out-of-pocket maximum based on the repair cost:
- Slingshots: $1,500 max.
Adventure Assure provides peace of mind for the unexpected, covering accidental damage when you’re out exploring. But just like any great adventure, responsibility matters. Reckless driving, unlawful behavior, or pushing limits beyond safe operation will void your coverage. We’re here to protect those who ride responsibly—so gear up, stay smart, and enjoy the ride!
This insurance covers up to $15,000 per incident for third-party property damage or injuries caused by the driver.

Rental Details
Our day begins at 8:00AM, 7 days per week. Pick up times vary according to your rental period. See our calendar for availability and schedule a time that fits your adventure plans. For full day rentals, you may pick up your vehicle as early as 8:00AM and return by 6:00PM.
Your rental includes:
- A fully fueled and prepped vehicle.
- You must return the vehicle fully fueled with Premium fuel. (Receipt will be required.)
- Helmets
- A detailed safety orientation.

No, Slingshots are not designed for offroad use. They are street-legal vehicles optimized for paved roads, offering an exhilarating open-air driving experience on highways, scenic byways, and city streets. Taking the Slingshot offroad may cause damage to the vehicle and result in additional charges for repairs or violations of the rental agreement. If you’re looking for an offroad adventure, consider renting one of our UTVs specifically designed for rugged terrain.
Our curated routes, preprogrammed in Ride Command, are designed to help you see all the scenic view points and get the best photo opportunities. They are highly recommended but you are free to design your own day and enjoy Moab your way.
Policies
The minimum age to drive our Slingshot R is 25 years old, which promotes safety and complies with our insurance requirements.
For your safety, all drivers and passengers are required to wear a properly fitted DOT approved or Snell certified helmet.
Helmets are provided for all riders.
You may bring your own helmet that meets the DOT or Snell requirement.
Rental Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Late returns may incur additional fees. Please plan to return your vehicle on time to avoid charges. Please consider the vehicle may be reserved by another party shortly after your scheduled return.
In Utah, Slingshots are classified as Autocycles, a type of three-wheeled motor vehicle.
You will need a regular driver’s license. A motorcycle endorsement is not required.
Yes, your damage deposit is based on your Adventure Assure selection.
When you choose our standard protection, your damage deposit will be $1500.
If you choose Adventure Assure Upgraded Protection, your damage deposit will be $750.
No, all passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the floor and have their back against the backrest. Children smaller than this are not permitted as passengers in the Slingshot.
No, for safety reasons, we do not allow pets in our Slingshots. The open cockpit design and lack of doors make it unsuitable for safely securing pets during your adventure. We recommend leaving your furry friends at home or in the care of a trusted pet sitter while you enjoy your ride.
