What time do I need to arrive for my You-Drive UTV Tour?
Our tour times are riding times. Start time is departure time. We can’t depart until all business is complete and you are familiar with your vehicle. We do all of this prior to departure to maximize riding time. The email confirmation you receive will have important information about what time you should arrive, please read it carefully. We complete any business we may have such as payment or participant agreements, select safety gear and have a thorough orientation to your vehicle prior to departure. For most tours you must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time and orientation begins 15 minutes prior to departure time. Out of courtesy to other guests, if you are not here with all business complete and gear selected when orientation begins, you will forfeit your spot on the tour without refund. Think of it like catching a flight. You wouldn’t arrive at the airport at departure time. If you have any questions about this, please CONTACT US.
2. How do I get to the meeting point?
For some of our UTV You-Drive tours, we leave right from our location at 1041 S. Main Street. You must arrive 30 minutes before your tour departure time to complete any outstanding business, select gear and receive a thorough orientation to your vehicle. Out of courtesy to all guests, if you are not present with all business completed and gear selected to participate in the vehicle orientation, you WILL forfeit your spot on the tour without refund.
We trailer your UTV to the trailhead for our You-Drive tours on Poison Spider, Gemini Bridges and The Works and Works Lite. Your email confirmation will have important information for picking up gear and meeting your tour.
For our Moab Mega Buggy Ride-Along tours, links for navigating to the trailhead will be in your confirmation email. This let you take the beautiful drive in the comfort of your own vehicle and gives you the ability to leave the trailhead directly without coming back to our office.
