If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your tour, we will happily offer you a full refund.  We cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.

Our tour times are riding times. Start time is departure time. We can’t depart until all business is complete and you are familiar with your vehicle. We do all of this prior to departure to maximize riding time. The email confirmation you receive will have important information about what time you should arrive, please read it carefully.  We complete any business we may have such as payment or waivers, select safety gear and have a thorough orientation to your vehicle prior to departure. For most tours you must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time and orientation begins 15 minutes prior to departure time. Out of courtesy to other guests, if you are not here with all business complete and gear selected when orientation begins, you will forfeit your spot on the tour without refund. Think of it like catching a flight. You wouldn’t arrive at the airport at departure time. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

For our UTV You-Drive tours, we leave right from our location at 1041 S. Main Street. You must arrive 30 minutes before your tour departure time to complete any outstanding business, select gear and receive a thorough orientation to your vehicle. Out of courtesy to all guests, if you are not present with all business completed and gear selected to participate in the vehicle orientation, you WILL forfeit your spot on the tour without refund.

For our Moab Mega Buggy Ride-Along tours, we have a couple ways to meet your tour based on availability. Maps to the trailhead let you take the beautiful drive in the comfort of your own vehicle and gives you the ability to leave the trailhead directly without coming back to our office. Or, check with us for availability of our free shuttle or escort/lead car.

We find that rain can make the area even more beautiful, so we operate rain or shine! However, in cases of extreme weather that requires us to cancel, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

We welcome all fitness levels on our tours! You will be riding in or driving a well-equipped vehicles, and no walking is required. However, there are places where the best views are located a short walk away. While these extra treks are optional, you’ll likely have a better time if you get out to see them.

Our Moab Mega Buggy vehicle was custom-designed to handle the different types of Moab terrain. It is not a converted Jeep, Hummer, or SUV, and we built the Moab Mega Buggy from the ground up to provide you a safe and exciting 4×4 adventure. No post-manufacturing modifications necessary!

Some trails require a two (2) vehicle minimum following our guide. If you would like to run the tour in a single vehicle and another party does not join the tour, we offer the option of paying a small “solo vehicle” surcharge and turning the tour into a private ride without the private tour price. You have the option of accepting or declining this surcharge at the time of booking if there are no other guests previously booked.

You can absolutely drive our UTVs. That’s exactly what they are for. Our guide is there to ensure you don’t get lost on the trail and help you tackle the obstacles like a pro.

Though we’re sure you’re a great driver, sadly we cannot allow you to drive the Moab Mega Buggy. But don’t worry: our guides know how to give you an epic adventure!

We do not have a specific age requirement for children but children must weigh 30 pounds or more. Our safety harnesses are remarkably safe for both youth and adults, but they are not designed for child car seats or standard vehicle booster seats. For smaller children and children under 8, we have a special booster seat designed for the harnesses in our UTVs and in the Moab Mega Buggy.

Older adults will also have a great time on the tour. In fact, one of our staff members brought along her 92-year-old grandmother who had a blast!

Drivers for our You-Drive UTV Tours must be a licensed driver between the ages of 18 and 75 to comply with our insurance requirements.

We our proud of our 2020 Kawasaki KRX 1000 tour fleet. These rock crawling UTVs have capacity to up to two passengers.

Our Moab Mega Buggy has space for up to five guests.

If you have a trail in mind that is not listed in our trail portfolio, please contact us for a private tour. We can help you plan your own epic adventure.

Absolutely. We are proud to bring you Moab’s safest Side By Side fleet. Custom performance roll cages exceed manufacturers bolt together safety standard. We equip them with front and rear bumpers and rock rails protecting soft plastic body panels that can give way. You have a left and right side mirrors as well as an upgraded center rearview mirror offering a wide radius view. We equip each tour UTV with 6-point safety harnesses. Lastly, our tour fleet is impeccably maintained and exclusively used for guided tours. What does this mean? Your vehicle has never been out of our sight. While we tackle the tough trails, we do so with skill that we pass along to our guests so you can be sure your vehicle has not been “driven like a rental” at any time.

And, as for the Moab Mega Buggy, we custom-built this vehicle to the highest safety standards. Our mega buggies feature 4-point safety harnesses, racing seats, and are made of 2” heavy wall DOM tubing. In addition, while most touring vehicles have some sort of sport bar or cage bolted onto a finished vehicle, Epic’s mega buggies are one giant roll cage chassis, allowing them to handle even the most intense terrain in the safest manner with ease.

Yes, all riders must sign a waiver. Riders younger than 18 years of age must have it signed by a parent or guardian.

Our guides strive to earn it and are grateful when you feel they’ve earned it too.
